You demonstrate a passion for the brand, specifically accessories and footwear, inspire individuals and rely on leadership skills to plan and accomplish goals.What You'll Do: Assist in tracking and checking in showroom samples, fit sample tracking, post marketad samples chart and tracking communication with vendors & sales, and prepare and mail international packagesAssist with off-price PPTOP sample processPurchase order creation and maintenance including: Issue original purchase orders, delivery slides, costing updates, HTS code updates (with approval from PD manager), and reviewdode invoicesWork with cross functional partners including Design and Merchandising for color corrections, material, and content updatesUpload Final Bulk Costing to RLM and communication to global teamsAssist with new factory setup in RLM, contract set up forms, and updating the master vendor chartUpload and maintain final order quantities and costing in PLMCommunicate daily with all vendorsagents regarding changesupdates in all phases of production processCommunicate daily with internal product development, merchants, and global partners to maintain calendar dates and floor set datesAssist with Women's and Men's linesheet set up for each season, including style splitting in PLM, style master creation, NRF table maintenance, style # creation, PLM photo upload, etc.Update and maintain delivery extensions, early shipments, air shipments, the RLM system Track and maintain bulk delivery schedule with overseas factories and logistics team. Track global FGPO booking reportsAssist with updating reports for weekly publications (PSR, PIVOT-88).Manage ECOMM copy requests and tracking excel document Manage Style Master Data Extract review updates in RLM and assign UPC description for all SKU's Issue UPC information for all divisions to factories each seasonMaintain and disseminate global shipping manuals and packaging standardschangesYou'll Need to Have: 0-2 years of Production experience in Apparel Excellent follow-up, negotiation, and communication skills Able to multi-taskStrong Interpersonal and analytical skills are a must Excellence in Excel is crucialKnowledge of PLM and RLM systems helpful Ability to work in NYC 3-4 days a week.We'd Love to See: The ability to think strategically, drive results and build a high-performance organization Proven ability to be strategic and tactical in a demanding, fast-paced environment.
