Job Description:Our client is seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to lead and manage our Human Resources department. As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing HR functions such as employee relations, recruitment, compliance, performance management, and training. This role is vital in shaping and maintaining a positive, productive work environment while ensuring adherence to company policies and employment laws.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with overall business objectivesOversee and manage the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviews, and onboardingManage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and employee engagement initiativesEnsure compliance with labor laws and HR policies, keeping up to date with changes in employment regulationsLead performance management processes, including evaluations, goal setting, and performance improvement plansOversee benefits administration, including enrollment, claims resolution, and open enrollment activitiesDevelop and facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and promote growthAnalyze HR metrics to identify trends and recommend actions to improve HR practices and employee retentionSupport diversity and inclusion initiatives and foster a culture of respect and collaborationManage HRIS systems and ensure accurate record-keeping and data managementQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree or HR certification preferred)5+ years of experience in human resources, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership roleStrong knowledge of employment laws and regulations (e.g., FMLA, ADA, FLSA, and EEO)Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skillsProven ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentialityExperience with HRIS systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteDemonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced environmentStrong problem-solving and conflict resolution skillsAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
