Payroll Manager

My client, a global healthcare leader, is seeking an individual Payroll Manager to join their Human Resources division. This role will assume a leadership role in training and mentoring, serve as a leader executing all payroll activities, and work on streamlining and automating tasks to assist employees. This role is in their Headquarters in North Chicago, IL.Responsibilities: Work with the business to determine how to ensure that we are following all compliance and company policies.Coach and mentor team members and assign tasks to ensure that the team's resources are used effectivelyLead, direct, evaluate, and develop a team to ensure that HR records management, processing, and other administrative activities are completed on time and within established budgetsQualifications: 8+ years of relevant experience Certified payroll professional (CPP) is desired
