Position Title: Supplier Revenue Specialist - Foodservice Distribution Company: Legacy Food Group Location: Remote, andor in the following cities: Richmond, VA; Queens, NY; Millerton, PA; Chester, NY; Providence, RI, Madison, AL Job Type: Full-time Position Summary: Legacy Food Group, a leader in the food service industry, is seeking a dedicated Supplier Revenue Specialist to join our team. This role is vital in building and maintaining strong relationships with our suppliers, distribution centers, and brokers, ensuring the success of our business operations. You will be responsible for implementing and maintaining ongoing supplier purchase and marketing agreements, contributing directly to our company's growth and profitability by coordinating efforts across these key partners. Key Responsibilities: Ensure clear, consistent, and professional communication between suppliers, brokers, divisions, and corporate office teams Input, maintain, and track all local and corporate programs across multiple distribution centers Prepare reports and analysis on supplier performance and program effectiveness for division and corporate office support teams Identify and report on key supplier partners, focusing on data related to penetration opportunities and growth potential Ensure GTIN codes are updated for all items across distribution centers Coordinate with software providers to ensure systems are up-to-date and operating efficiently and communicate ongoing issues and opportunities Work closely with supplier and division teams to ensure program payments are current Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in procurement, vendor income analysis, or a similar role within the foodservice or related industry Strong ability to review, track, and maintain supplier purchase and marketing agreements across distribution centers Proficiency in data analysis, with experience preparing reports on supplier performance and identifying growth opportunities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships with suppliers, distribution centers, and brokers Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills, ensuring accurate tracking of program data and GTIN codes Problem-solving skills with the ability to coordinate system updates and resolve issues related to supplier payments and data management Preferred Skills: Knowledge of the food service industry. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Expertise in working with Excel pivot tables and VLOOKUPs. Trackmax and Insight previous experienceTravel Requirements: Willingness to travel 10-20% of the time to meet with suppliers, attend industry events, and visit company locations as needed.
