Corporate Paralegal Responsibilities:Provide full-time paralegal support to 4 partners and 3 associates, with part-time support for 2 additional partnersAssist with mergers and acquisitions, legal documentation and loan closingsDraft, review and manage various corporate legal documentsHandle UCC (Uniform Commercial Code) filings and interact with service agencies for statutory agent servicesEnsure smooth communication between attorneys, clients and other parties during corporate transactions Corporate Paralegal Requirements:5+ years of experience as a Corporate Paralegal, with a strong focus on mergers and acquisitionsPreference for candidates from large law firms rather than in-house legal departmentsExperience with UCC filings is a plus, but not requiredProven ability to support multiple partners and associates simultaneouslyProficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Strong attention to detail, professionalism and the ability to work collaboratively with othersBachelor's degree is preferred, but not required; paralegal certification is not mandatory If this sounds like you, please apply today!
