Computer Aided Design Technician

Position Title: Civil CADD TechnicianReports to: Director of DivisionTeam Description: 2 CADD Drafters, 4 EngineersSystems: AutoCAD, Civil 3DJob Summary:As a Civil CADD Technician, you will prepare site layouts, review municipal code requirements, and create cost estimates. You will utilize as-built surveys and aerial mapping to support design work for civil projects such as pipeline and sewer systems (non-DOT related).Key Responsibilities:Prepare and design site layoutsReview and interpret municipal codesCreate detailed cost estimates for projectsUtilize as-built surveys and aerial mapping toolsCollaborate with engineers to prepare site plans and engineering drawingsWhat We're Looking For:Associate's or Technical degree in a related field3-5 years of experience using AutoCAD (Civil 3D preferred)1+ years of experience preparing site plans and engineering drawingsExperience designing pipeline and sewer systems (non-DOT)Compensation: $60,000-$75,000PTO, 401kRetirement, HealthcareCultural Notes:Family-oriented, collaborative, and driven team environmentOpportunity to work closely with experienced engineers and draftersThe company provided lunches, raffles, and fortable apparel to wear in the office and on the job site.A good work life balanceWork in a team environment on multiple projectsMedical, Dental, Vision, and 401k match
