You'll be reporting into Group President , and you will have around 20 direct reports whilst there's over 150 on the site and growing. Your contributions will pave the way for the next generation of communication systems within the business.Job Summary: This role will directly manage several teams of varied engineering disciplines working on various products and will be responsible for the proper functioning and output of the engineering process. This position may manage teams across multiple locations.The Engineering Manager will have the following responsibilities: Lead the RF engineering team in designing, implementing, and optimizing RF systems.Develop strategic plans for RF technology integration and advancement.Oversee RF testing and analysis to ensure performance meets objectives.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate RF components seamlessly.Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering growth and development.Stay updated on the latest RF technologies and industry trends.The successful Engineering Manager will have the following experience:Experience in RF product design and manufacturing.Previous or current experience of managing a team of individuals within RFDemonstrated understanding of Military, Space and Aerospace standards and related processes.Demonstrated experience with industry supply standards and practices.Demonstrated experience in budgeting, planning, and assigning resources.Demonstrated ability to develop strategic business-unit plan objectivesDemonstrated problem analysis and problem resolution at both a strategic and functional levelDemonstrated ability in employee development, team building, communication, CI, and PM principlesBSEE or higher technical pensation: Up to $220k based on experience and qualifications, plus benefits (stock options and a bonus of 15-20%), relocation will provided on a case by case basis if needed.If you are a talented Engineering Manager with a passion for innovation and a desire to work on exciting projects, we encourage you to apply, please send us your resume using the details below.
