JOB TITLE : Knowledge Management Specialist II REQUISITION #: VA-DCSA CLEARANCE : Secret LOCATION : Quantico, VA REPORTS TO : SABG Program Manager FLSA STATUS : Regular Full-Time Exempt SUMMARY : SABG is hiring for a Knowledge Management Specialist II to support the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency Field Operations, Field Operations Administrative and Program Support Services in Quantico, VA. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Coordinate, staff, and assist in the development/revision of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), policies and memorandums as necessary and appropriate for smooth operation of the program Manage all documentation across all project areas to include ensuring compliance with templates, required content, and staffing procedures Maintain version control and updates of all documentation delivered to the Government and maintain library where authorized internal and external users may access material The Contractor shall design, develop, and maintain SharePoint sites, pages, libraries, lists, and custom components. Implement custom workflows and forms using SharePoint Designer and integrate SharePoint with other Microsoft 365 tools, platforms, and third-party applications. Address user queries, troubleshoot issues, and implement fixes promptly. Provide planning and communications support, to include developing the necessary materials and conducting the necessary forums (e.g., briefings, software demonstrations, user workshops, and marketing materials) to increase the awareness and understanding of external users regarding program objectives and strategies Develop and maintain internal and external distribution lists for topics, programs, and projects Develop and maintain virtual team chart and RACI chart for each initiative SUPERVISION : This position has no supervisory responsibilities. EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: Bachelor's degree or equivalent (at a minimum) and two years of experience Superior oral and written communication skills COMPUTER SKILLS : Skilled in operating a personal computer and standard office equipment. MATHEMATICAL SKILLS : Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations. REASONING ABILITY : Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to question activities and issues in all functional areas and make sound business decisions based on that data.
