Position OverviewThe Superintendent will oversee all aspects of commercial construction projects and ensure that they are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget. The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial construction and possess strong leadership and project management skills.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and supervise all on-site construction activities, including subcontractors and vendorsEnsure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and project specificationsCreate and maintain project schedule, identifying potential delays and implementing corrective actionsCoordinate with project stakeholders and provide regular updates on project progressOversee quality control and ensure that work meets project standards and specificationsManage project budget and track expenses to ensure project remains within budgetResolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during constructionMaintain detailed project documentation and reportsQualificationsMinimum of 5 years experience as a Superintendent in commercial constructionStrong knowledge of commercial construction processes, building codes, and safety regulationsProven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneouslyExcellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsAbility to read and interpret project plans and specificationsProficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office SuiteBachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred)BenefitsWhat's In It For Me:Health Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401(k) Career growth opportunityEmail Your Resume In Word ToLooking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
