As a Production Relationship Manager, you'll be joining our Los Angeles team, always acting in the best interest of EightPM and ensuring the values of our people-first culture so that we can continue to grow our fantastic team!Responsibilities:Identify & negotiate product integration opportunities on TV shows & movies in various production stagesMaintain & grow existing production relationshipsUnderstand the TV & film industry & production process comprehensivelyOversee shipment & delivery of client products, ensuring timely logisticsKeep meticulous notes & inventory records in our CRM & other databasesMeet with production partners to exchange, receive & inspect client propertyTrack & record product integrations on released TV & film contentAttend relevant industry events to stay up to date, network with production partners, & explore new integration opportunitiesAct as a resource to all team members, focusing on their successPartner with team members to optimize collaborative processes"‹"‹Run internal & external meetings to ensure effective collaboration & executionContribute to overall team health and cultureHandle other duties as assigned"”we all wear many hats!Qualifications:Minimum 3 years of experience in a PR, media, marketing, or advertising agency, with a strong focus on product placement, brand integration, or client relationship managementPhysical capability to lift up to 50 pounds as neededHighly detail-oriented with above average organizational skillsAbove average time management & multitasking skillsProblem-solver who is driven by challengeOutstanding communication & interpersonal skillsStrong presentation skills"”verbal, written, & visualAble to recognize & analyze internal issues & help solutionsAble to receive & give constructive feedback to team membersThrive in a chaotic, fast-moving work environment under pressure & tight deadlinesThrive in both team & independent working environmentsTech savvy with personal or professional experience in the following platforms:- SalesForce, HubSpot, or - DocuSign or HelloSign- Slack- Zoom or Google Meet- WhatsApp or WeChat- Canva or Photoshop- Netflix, Hulu, Apple TV+, Disney+, MAX, or other similar streaming platformsEat, breathe, & sleep pop culture, with a passion for television & film entertainmentAdditional Requirements:Reliable transportation & residency in the greater Los Angeles area, specifically Hollywood, for commuting to the officeComfortable with regular in-office work--Full-time in-office work required during the first 90 days.
