This is a Part-time (1520 hoursweek) remote role.Our client needs an experienced Workday and Higher Education Business AnalystProject Manager to work with the functional and technical teams to ascertain and document the requirements for the adding a population of employees (students) into the existing Workday Recruiting application. After governance approval, the BAPM would then lead the implementation of this project.As a business analyst, serving as a liaison between the university's functional and technical areas to assess and develop requirements for the Recruiting Module. As a project manager, will create the implementation project plan, work with internal teams to execute and complete the project ensuring consistency with university PMO strategy, commitments, and goals.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Serve as a liaison between functional and technical areas to assess and develop end user, business, and service requirementsPlan, coordinate, and monitor all project activities ensuring all deliverables meet quality and performance objectivesCreate and deliver project level documentation and provide scheduling coordination (i.e. status meetings and reports, working sessions and agendas, RAID logs, Project Plans etc.)Maintain responsibility for performance, cost, scope, schedule, and qualityMaintain a high level of communication with the internal team and stakeholdersPerform and facilitate business analysis, quality assurance, systems testing, and user acceptance activities as requiredEnsure that the business requirements and objectives are articulated and addressed by the designed solutionOther duties as assigned Required Experience:Bachelor's degree and relevant business process analysis and project management training and experience required8-10 years' overall PMBA experience effectively managing complex projects andor services in support of business functions3+ years' experience project managing Workday platform requiredProject Management Professional (PMP) andor CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) certification a plusExperience in a higher education environment required Required Skills:Strong interpersonal skills to understand the range of technical and business needs and support requirements for delivering exemplary customer serviceAbility to communicate clearly and effectively in both verbal and written formatsAbility to operate independently and set priorities amongst multiple task assignmentsExcellent judgment and strategic skills for ensuring mutually positive outcomesAttention to detail, and ability to achieve resultsProven ability to work & lead effectively in a highly diverse campus community
