Title: MEP Coordinator Reports To: MEP Project Manager Department: Construction Location: Hybrid; 3 days in Braintree, MA office, 2 days remote Position Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated MEP Coordinator to join our client's South Shore team. Primary Responsibilities: Responsible for the specific mechanical and electrical construction needs of Industrial/Manufacturing facilities and other related construction project This position will supervise all Mechanical and Electrical Trade contractors, and vendors involved in the project Coordinate all Mechanical and Electrical schedules, budgets, reports and documentation from pre-construction thru close-out Benefits: Exceptional compensation Flexible Hybrid Work Schedule Easy to access office location Paid Vacation, Sick Time, Federal Holidays (plus 2 floating days) Health insurance Health Reimbursement Account, Health Savings Account and/or Flexible Spending Account Dental and vision insurance Employer paid life, AD&D, short, and long term disability insurance 401(k) with employer match EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE Bachelor's Degree; in construction, engineering, or architecture preferred 5+ yrs commercial construction experience with large sophisticated mechanical and electrical systems. Position requires experience managing complex electrical and mechanical infrastructure projects Candidate must have experience in developing project scopes and schedules, coordinating change orders and RFIs, managing and tracking project budgets, and cost control.
