This position offers a unique opportunity to influence company culture through the design and implementation of innovative pay structures that attract, retain, and motivate top talent. *This is a direct-hire, fulltime, and hybrid position. (Office Location: Pasadena, CA Core Duties: Design and manage comprehensive compensation and benefits programs to align with organizational goals and industry standards. Conduct detailed analyses to support the development of Pay-for-Performance models and incentive programs that drive employee engagement and business outcomes. Lead the annual review process, providing insights and recommendations on salary adjustments and benefit enhancements. Manage relationships with benefits providers and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Stay current with industry trends and best practices through continuous learning and professional development. Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to optimize compensation programs and address employee needs effectively. Oversee administration of salary, benefits, and incentive programs, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Conduct market research and benchmarking to inform compensation strategy and program enhancements. Provide guidance on compensation policies and practices to employees and managers. Maintain records and documentation related to compensation and benefits programs. Analyze data to identify trends and recommend adjustments to pay and benefits offerings. Develop and implement communication strategies to educate employees on compensation programs and changes. What we're seeking: Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Level 5+ years of HR/Finance experience with a focus on compensation 2+ years in a managerial role overseeing compensation activities Experience in high-volume environments Retail, hospitality and restaurant industry experience is highly desirable Proficiency in Google Suite and compensation analysis tools Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills Experience presenting compensation programs to senior leadership Strong emotional intelligence
