OneFifteen is a nonprofit healthcare ecosystem dedicated to the full and sustained recovery of people suffering from drug addiction. OneFifteen has developed a tech-enabled system of care that offers a treatment center, rehabilitation housing, and wrap-around services, all on one state-of-the-art campus. OneFifteen deploys a learning healthcare system to advance our understanding of addiction medicine and the best strategies to promote sustained recovery. Our ultimate goal is to support individuals to live healthy, fulfilling lives free of addiction. As such, we will focus on a patient-centered experience and ensure a patient's whole health needs are fully met, including biopsychosocial needs. The Chief Financial Officer will collaborate with other team members to provide best-practice care with an innovative spirit and help drive a holistic approach to care and reduce stigma. At the same time, the Chief Financial Officer will be comfortable working in ambiguous situations and blend best-in-class care delivery models with advanced technology solutions to engage care team members, improve outcomes, and reduce costs. As the OneFifteen Chief Financial Officer (CFO), you will be the lead for all financial matters of the company, partnering with the leadership team, making strategic decisions and identifying long term financial goals. The CFO will maximize and strengthen the internal capacity of OneFifteen, oversee and monitor internal financial controls, provide reports and updates as needed to various entities (partners, Boards, grant entities,etc.) and address necessary compliance requirements. Duties and Responsibilities: Create and update financial models and forecasts; produce financial analysis to drive scale and sustainability for both the OneFifteen value based care model and for nonprofit operations; design and implement tools to aid decision making; and provide guidance on risk and opportunities to CEO and leadership team Responsible for managing the financial operations of the organization, ensuring the organization's financial health and sustainability. This role will oversee all financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and compliance requirements. Work closely with leadership to reach financial sustainability by identifying long term risks and developing strategies to improve financial outcomes Develop and implement an appropriately controlled environment, including creation and maintenance of processes, policies, trainings, and procedures Generate materials for and interface with operating board(s), advisory groups, funding sources,health system partners, and representatives from government agencies Manage third party accountants, consultants, and auditors; oversee preparation of tax documentation and required reporting to maintain tax exempt status for non profit entities Develop both strong and collaborative working relationship with technology partners Other duties as assigned. Knowledge and Skills: Ability to independently build detailed, thoughtful analyses using databases, automation or business intelligence tools that can be easily understood across all levels of the organization Motivated individual with proven track record for problem solving, risk management, and logistical analysis Experience developing detailed plans for scaling non-profit organizations, including building strategic partnerships with providers, payors or other relevant third parties Highly motivated, adaptable and organized, with strong attention to detail Education and Experience: Minimum: Bachelor's Degree in business, accounting, and/or economics (or highly relevant field) 5+ years experience in finance, reimbursement and/or business operations for a nonprofit healthcare provider Preferred: MBA or equivalent master's degree 3+ experience managing a healthcare or public health portfolio at a charitable organization, foundation or government granting agency OneFifteen is an equal opportunity employer and prohibits discrimination in employment, training, job duties, compensation, evaluation, promotion, and any other term or condition of employment based on race, ethnicity, age, color, religion, gender, national origin, sexual orientation, physical or mental handicap, developmental disability, genetic information, human immunodeficiency virus status, or in any manner prohibited by local, state or federal laws.
