Job Description The CX Cloud Consulting Technical Manager is an experienced team lead with the primary responsibility of designing and delivering Oracle's CX consulting service offerings for Oracle Field Service Cloud - based on industry-leading embedded business processes of Oracle's cloud solution. The CX Cloud Consulting Technical Manager... Leads the creation of functional and/or technical designs of complex engagement(s) ensuring high quality, integrated software solutions within constraints of time and budget Implements innovative solutions as an acknowledged independent subject matter expert within Oracle Responsible for technical set-up, standards, design, implementing, and communicating best practices for project teams throughout project execution Understands cross-solution impacts and demonstrates expertise in multiple business processes across two or more solution areas Analyzes business needs to help ensure the Oracle solution meets the client's objectives by combining industry best practices, product knowledge, and business acumen Exercises judgment and business acumen in selecting methods and techniques to deliver functional solutions on non-routine and complex aspects of applications and technology installations Leads client workshops across multiple stages of the project lifecycle, effectively consulting with management of client organizations and influencing client leadership as a trusted advisor Responsible for technical set-up, standards, design, implementing, and communicating best practices for project teams throughout project execution Resolves complex client functional issues by recommending and demonstrating solutions Designs, builds, and tests high complexity integrations to/from Oracle Cloud Applications Responsible for QA review at each phase of the project lifecycle Identifies issues and risks impacting the project, proposes and acts upon options for resolution, and escalates as appropriate Proactively monitors application quarterly releases, determines impact, and communicates with clients Contributes as a functional/and or technical resource for sales pursuits Identifies as a solution set owner by continually growing product, functional, technical, and industry knowledge through training/certification Key Responsibilities Operates independently to provide quality work products to an engagement. Performs varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment, in order to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs. Applies Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices. Demonstrates expertise to deliver functional and technical solutions on customer engagements with varying complexity. May lead the solution design and implementation aspects of engagement(s) ensuring high quality, integrated software solutions within constraints of time and budget. May act as the team lead on projects, providing coaching, guidance and feedback to develop skills of team members. Effectively consults with management of customer organizations. Participates in business development activities. Develops and leads detailed solutions for projects with varying complexity. Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only US: Hiring Range: from $88,500 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity. Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business. Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
