As IT Director for Supply Chain Management Applications, this role will require hands-on while leading a team of Business Analysts to support Oracle Implementation and Post Implementation support. This role will be required to engage with business users worldwide to cater to the business requirements through Oracle ( or non-Oracle Platforms, if needed). This role will also be required to manage the changes, enhancements, and releases in the mentioned area while closely collaborating with business leaders and the program governance team. An ideal candidate should have had the experience of working closely with internal and partner team members across the world. This role will also be required to maintain the implemented template and business processes based on the best practices while advising the business on the latest and optimum technology trends and solutions. This role will also require working closely with other IT Directors and business leaders to participate in the implementation of platforms like MES, WMS, I4.0, and IoT. The role should have led global implementations for Oracle OM, Procurement, Supply Chain, and integrations with CRM/CX and CPQ platforms. Responsibilities: Work closely with various business teams to understand their business needs and design tailored Oracle Cloud solutions for end-to-end Supply chain processes, including OM, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Inventory management. Lead the standardizing and implementing processes in complex discrete manufacturing environments. Demonstrate expertise in two or more Oracle Supply Chain application modules, such as Inventory, Order Management, Procurement (O2C, P2P), and Cost Management, and perform functional configuration or technical development. Identify opportunities for business process improvements and communicate effectively with clients in areas like Procurement, Inventory, and Product Management. Provide strategic advice on Oracle Cloud best practices to ensure alignment with business goals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Oracle Cloud solutions seamlessly into existing systems and processes. Conduct regular assessments of Oracle Cloud design to identify optimization and improvement opportunities. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements, serving as a subject matter expert on Oracle Cloud technologies. Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring clear communication and a thorough understanding of project requirements. Lead a team of BAs, mentor them to be fully engaged with business with clearly defined goals and output. Manage the budget in alignment with Organization goals, provide projections for upcoming initiatives/projects, partner with business leaders to develop a business case and present the case to Leadership teams in IT Steering Committee. Qualifications: Minimum of 10 years of IT experience and 5 years of leadership experience Bachelors degree Preferred Qualifications Over 20 years of experience in Oracle SCM Implementation, including Inventory, Procurement, Product Management, and Costing. Experience with Order Management (O2C) is highly desirable. More than 10 years of experience in leading or architecting Oracle Inventory, Procurement, Costing, and Product Management implementations. Proven hands-on experience as an Oracle Cloud SCM functional and workstream lead, specializing in the implementation of Procurement, Inventory, Product Management, and Costing modules. In-depth hands-on knowledge of Oracle Cloud SCM and Procurement functionality and best practices, particularly in Inventory, Procurement, Product Management, Costing, and Order Management. Strong communication skills to effectively convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Hands-on experience managing high-level projects, ensuring successful delivery and client satisfaction. Ability to lead and mentor technical teams, promoting hands-on collaboration and knowledge sharing. Excellent problem-solving skills with the adaptability to meet evolving project requirements.
