We are a small but growing company in need of a reliable, organized QUALITY CONTROL MANAGER to manage the day to day QUALITY AND PRODUCTION related issues of our company. QUALITY CONTROL MANAGER JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The basic function of the Technical & Quality Assurance manager is to make sure that QA system as defined under the QA manual is implemented effectively. He/she also coordinates and control the production processes of the company in order to achieve the high levels of product quality. Requirements: Required Associate degree in chemistry, however a Bachelor Degree in Chemistry is preferred. At least three (3) years of experience in metal finishing industry preferably a minimum of five (5) years of working experience in a comparable manufacturing environment including Quality Assurance. Should be organized, deadline oriented, dependable, persistent, time management, documentation skills, good customer service and reporting skills. Knowledge of Plant production, plating and finishing processes. Good mathematical skills and attention to detail are required. Language ability includes reading, writing, spelling, and the ability to communicate clearly on technical topics in the English Language. Computer skill in using MS-Word/excel is preferred. Ability to act and speak in a confident manner when interfacing with the customers, employees, and business relations. Ability to handle multiple task at one time. Responsibilities: He/she monitors the manufacturing processes performed by Q.A technicians in order to assure the overall quality of all products. Make sure that the QA technicians complete all the daily/weekly and monthly tasks. Make sure that all equipment are calibrated as per Master Calibration list. Reports any complex issues about bath performance problems, customer complaints, company concerns, customer concerns, etc. to the Operation manager on a day to day basis. Communication with the customer on any concerns whether it is from the customer or Andarn concern. Resolving any issues with Customer complaints/rejections, etc. Writing any Corrective and preventive actions with the help of QA and Production staff. He/she writes any required work instructions or procedures as may be required for QA system or any customer requirements. Work with QA technicians/Production manager and/or the Operation Manager on any non-confirming process or products (internal/external). Implement and verify established written records and reports as required. Communicate and work with customers on establishing and meeting their requirements. Respond in a courteous and punctual manner to all customer telephone requests. Determine cause of all reject parts, implement changes where required and document on QA report. Follow all shop safety requirements. Recommend modifications of existing quality or production standards to achieve optimum quality within limits of equipment capability. Fulfill all other tasks as assigned by the management. Initiate, recommend and implement employee training program. SALARY AND BENEFITS: SALARY COMMENSURATE WITH EXPERIENCE WITH BENEFITS AND DEPENDING ON THE CANDIDATE TO LEARN QUICKLY.
