What You Will Do at Aptar Pharma: The Quality Control Technician performs dimensional and functional testing on Aptar Congers product to ensure compliance with established quality standards and customer specifications. The Quality Control Technician is responsible for documenting and communicating nonconformities to supervision. All Quality specifications, work instructions, as well as actions that support team work, safety, efficiency and cGMP adherence are to be followed. Primary Duties and Responsibilities Perform incoming inspection and disposition of components. Perform analytical testing such as Spray Pattern testing, measurements, in-process and release testing as per the Quality specification. Initiate Discrepant Material Report for non -conformities. Participate in equipment qualification and validation. Initiate changes to Quality documents in compliance with ISO and cGMP requirements. Initiate Supplier Corrective Action Request (SCAR). Responsible for the storage and maintenance of production test pieces. Maintain and archive Quality documents. Assist Production personnel on Quality issues. Prepare test solutions. What Aptar Pharma Is Looking For: High School Diploma or equivalent. At least one year experience in Quality Control, preferably in a high-volume manufacturing environment. ISO experience a plus Detail oriented and rigorous . Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical skills; strong proficiency in Math. Basic proficiency utilizing MS Word and MS Excel. Can work independently, self-motivated. Use of inspection tools, blueprints, and SPC.
