Responsibilities Assist in managing an efficient month end close Review of journal entries and accounting team reconciliations Oversee international division interface with NetSuite and ensuring compliance with US GAAP Manage external auditor relationships to facilitate completion of audit procedures in a timely and efficient manner Establish, implement, manage, and monitor critical accounting and reporting policies, processes and internal controls Maintain current knowledge of organizational policies and procedures and current accounting standards Provide direction and assistance to other organizational units regarding accounting policies, procedures and efficient control and utilization of financial resources Manage and advise global accounting team Manage Company insurance contracts Oversee accounting for Company investments Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Current or recent experience leading Accounting processes for a global company Active CPA preferred, experience working at global accounting firm 10+ years' progressive experience - combined public & private experience preferred 4+ years managing and developing staff/leadership experience, supervising all aspects of month end GL close and financial statement preparation Experience preparing for and managing audits Experience working in accordance to US GAAP Experience in Asset Purchase and Acquisitions Ability to successfully participate in and lead projects involving cross-functional teams Ability to problem solve and build successful client relationships Experience developing and executing internal control policies, guidelines, and procedures for various activities Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to identify complex problems and review related information to develop and evaluate options and then implement solutions Ability to consider the relative costs and benefits of potential actions to choose the most appropriate one Proficiency in accounting software, business intelligence and data analysis software, financial analysis software, and ERP applications such as NetSuite, Excel, Concur, ADP or similar software A plus if: Prior work experience at a company with an entrepreneurial mindset Proficiency in Google Workspace, Confluence, Jira a plus $175,000 - $215,000 a year At Xsolla, we are passionate about providing a conducive environment for our team to thrive personally and professionally.
