Director of Quality Assurance and Compliance - CRO Looking for a new challenge? What you'll do: Drive the implementation of an Electronic Document Management System (EDMS) to streamline operations. Develop and execute strategic plans for quality assurance, compliance, and safety initiatives, ensuring alignment with regulatory standards. Chair the Safety Committee, focusing on best practices in workplace safety and compliance. Establish and develop a Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) team to achieve GLP certification. Manage and mentor a small team of Study Directors, with plans for future expansion including EHS and Records Clerks. Who you are: A seasoned professional with a strong background in QA within a CRO (Contract Research Organization). Experienced in managing extensive equipment validations, with knowledge of IQ, OQ, and PQ processes as a plus. Prior knowledge on in vivo regulations and experience managing a team. Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. Why work here? Compensation is determined by several factors, including skillset, experience level, and geographic location. The expected range for this role is $140,000 - $180,000 base salary.
