Reporting to the CFO, the Client Billing Coordinator is a full-time non-exempt position that is based in New York City. WHAT YOU'LL DO, (IN BRIEF): Coordinate accounting functions and programs for client billing Prepare financial analyses and reports Prepare revenue projects and forecasting expenditures Assist with preparing and monitoring budgets Maintain and reconcile balance sheet and GL accounts Assist with annual audit preparation Investigate and resolve audit findings, account discrepancies, and issues of non-compliance Contribute to the development of new or amended accounting systems, programs, and procedures Perform other accounting duties or support junior staff as required or assigned WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR: B.S. in Accounting or Finance required. 1-2 years of experience in general accounting. Possesses attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to multitask, prioritize, work under pressure, meet deadlines, and reliably work independently. Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Possesses a working knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and strong financial analysis skills. A passion for entertainment and the arts. Ability to maintain highest levels of confidentiality.
