Join our esteemed legal team at Eric Blank Injury Attorneys in Las Vegas, NV as a skilled Pre-Litigation Case Manager. • Minimum of 1+ years of experience in a busy Personal Injury law firm is a must. • Proficiency in both English and Spanish is essential for effective client interactions. • Previous experience handling cases involving Motor Vehicle Accidents, Slip and Falls, Dog Bites, Premises Liability, and Workers' Compensation is preferred. We are looking for a proactive candidate who can seamlessly integrate with our Case Management team right from the start and hit the ground running. Responsibilities: • Conduct client intake calls, arrange meetings, and maintain precise documentation • File claims promptly and inform insurance companies promptly • Supervise and manage client treatment with healthcare providers • Collect, assess, and securely store medical records and bills • Draft demand letters, and assist the Pre-Litigation Director with necessary information and paperwork • Keep clients updated on case progress, offering regular support and updates • Work closely with the legal team on litigation cases when required • Showcase autonomy and teamwork within the Case Management department • Provide translation services when needed Qualifications: • Minimum of 1+ years experience working with plaintiff personal injury cases in a bustling law firm setting is required • Proficiency in English and Spanish is required for effective client communication • Familiarity with insurance companies and handling adjusters is essential • Strong written, digital, and oral communication skills are a must • Ability to self-manage, prioritize tasks, and utilize relevant tools effectively is required • Spanish fluency is a mandatory requirement for this position • Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office tools, are preferred • Strong organizational skills are desired for effective case management Compensation: $54,000 - $65,000 yearly + compensation package • • • Conduct client intake calls, arrange meetings, and maintain precise documentation • • File claims promptly and inform insurance companies promptly • • Supervise and manage client treatment with healthcare providers • • Collect, assess, and securely store medical records and bills • • Draft demand letters, and assist the Pre-Litigation Director with necessary information and paperwork • • Keep clients updated on case progress, offering regular support and updates • • Work closely with the legal team on litigation cases when required • • Showcase autonomy and teamwork within the Case Management department • • Provide translation services when needed
