Job Title: QC Chemist Job Description Depending on the laboratory area, will perform analysis on Raw Materials, Intermediates, In-Process, Finished Product, or Stability samples using established analytical methods. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: • Follow good documentation practices for the accurate and timely documentation of all activities. • Perform wet chemistry and instrumentation testing. • Follow site HSE Policies. • Assist with establishing and maintaining safe work standards in the lab. • Peer-review all levels of work. • Conduct lab investigations. DEPARTMENT SPECIFIC/NON-ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: • LIMS entry of data • Use of analytical balances, HPLC, GC, ICP, IR, UV, pH Meter, volumetric glassware • Wet testing like assay titrations, colorimetric tests, TLC, heavy metals, and sieves • Maintain instrument readiness Hard Skills 6 months to 1 year of wet chemistry industry experience HPLC BS degree in biology and chemistry Job Type This is a permanent position. Work Site This is a fully on-site position in Saint Louis, Missouri. Work Environment WORKING CONDITIONS: • 90% Laboratory • 10% Office environment.
