The Director of Operations has responsibility for directing the daily operations of a quick service restaurant, ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of operations, including production, preparation, customer relations, restaurant maintenance and repair, inventory management, team management, recruiting, financial accountability, ensuring the highest quality products and services are delivered to our customers and other duties as required. The person applying for this position must have excellent communication skills. Previous management experience is a must. You must be a minimum age of 21+ years old for this job. RESPONSIBILITIES : Member of the senior leadership team Overseeing and leading the specific and general duties, in relation to operating the restaurant Provide and serve as an example of 2nd Mile Service Continuously improve and ensure Operational Excellence Responsible for maintaining strict adherence to Food Safety and Catering procedures Coaching team members in proper procedures and customer relations Ensure everyone is displaying a professional attitude at all times MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Specific Experience : Required: Master's Degree Required: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Required: Experience as a leader in the customer service industry Other Characteristics : Excellent customer service Strong communication/written/verbal skills Strong interpersonal skills: gets along well with others Able to lift 40 - 60 pounds on a consist basis Ability to prioritize Organizational skills Close attention to detail Ability to multi-task Detail orientated Able to work well independently and in a team environment Servant spirit with strong sense of stewardship Self-starter who completes tasks without excessive supervision Must have experience in teaching and a passion for excellence in training.
