We are seeking a skilled and experienced Line Cook to join our kitchen team. The Line Cook will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes and beverages in a fast-paced environment according to our recipes and specifications. This individual has the ability to work well under pressure and collaborate with team members. Responsibilities: - Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with established recipes and standards - Ensure food is cooked and presented in a timely manner - Follow proper sanitation and food safety procedures - Monitor inventory levels and communicate any shortages to the Manager - Maintain a clean and organized work area, including washing dishes - Prepare hot and iced beverages - Collaborate with kitchen team members to ensure smooth operation of the kitchen Qualifications: - Proven experience as a Line Cook in a high-volume kitchen - Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment - Excellent communication and teamwork skills - Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed If you are a passionate and dedicated cook looking to join a dynamic kitchen team, we would love to hear from you.
