Visit us Job Summary Prepare monthly journal entries and handle the monthly, quarterly, and annual closings. Reconcile bank accounts, balance sheet accounts, and prepare timely financial statements. Reconcile accounts payable, accounts receivable, and monitor aged receivables. Assist with budget development, budget monitoring, and perform variance analysis. Assist with cash management and forecasting. Prepare weekly ACH and wire transfers. Ensure timely payments related to debt management. Identify process improvement opportunities within the accounting function. Identify discrepancies in underlying data through detailed analytics; investigate, and resolve. Assist with annual audit. Analyze financial data and report on trends etc. using Excel and analytical tools. Assist in the development of standard operating procedures for the accounting function. Experience and Skills About YOU! Bachelor's degree in accounting, CPA a plus 4+ years of progressive accounting experience. Robust technical skills; ERP experience including downloading data from ERP system and running queries. Experience and proficiency with Power BI and advanced Excel (Pivots, Lookups, & queries).
