Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and expand our customer base. Identify and qualify new business opportunities within various verticals such as assisted living, logistics, education, hospitality, and more. Conduct detailed needs assessments to understand client requirements and provide customized robotic solutions. Present and demonstrate our robotics products to potential clients, showcasing their capabilities and benefits. Maintain and update customer records, leads, and sales activities within our CRM system (Salesforce). Collaborate with the technical and operations teams to ensure seamless implementation and customer satisfaction. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the curve. Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis to senior management. Continuously build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders. Qualifications: Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the robotics or technology sector. Familiarity with corporate environments and the ability to navigate and adhere to organizational processes. Strong understanding of CRM systems; experience with Salesforce is a plus. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to persuade and influence senior management and decision-makers. Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is essential. Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team, with flexibility to manage remote and in-office work arrangements. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. Enthusiastic and proactive approach to sales, with a drive to achieve and exceed targets.
