We offer a variety of services from tanning, airbrushing, light therapy and med spa treatments! We are looking to expand our leadership team with an applicant that has experience in the beauty industry and in leading a team to achieve sales and performance targets. Job Title: Salon Manager in Training Job Overview: As an experienced Sales Manager in the beauty industry, you will lead our sales team to achieve and surpass sales targets while fostering strong client relationships. Your role will be pivotal in driving revenue growth, optimizing sales strategies, and ensuring the team's success. Additionally, you will be responsible for training employees to excel in their roles, recruiting qualified applicants, and contributing to the overall success of the team. Responsibilities: 1. Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and exceed performance expectations. 2. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand market reach and increase revenue streams. 3. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients. 4. Collaborate with peers to align sales strategies with product launches and promotions. 5. Provide ongoing training, coaching, and support to sales representatives to enhance their product knowledge, selling skills, and overall performance. 6. Develop and implement training programs to onboard new employees and continually improve the skills and competencies of existing team members. 7. Recruit, interview, and select qualified applicants to join the sales team, ensuring a high-performing and cohesive team. 8. Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. 9. Monitor competitors' activities and industry trends to stay informed and proactive in the beauty market. 10. Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for senior management. Performance Metrics: 1. Achievement of sales targets and revenue goals. 2. Growth in client base and market share. 3. Team performance and individual sales representative productivity. 4.
