Role reports to: Senior Manager Make Quality Location: Fort Washington, PA Travel %: 10% What you will do The Quality Make Excellence Lead will be the technical Subject Matter Expert (SME) for continuous improvement programs and processes at Kenvue Internal Manufacturing and Regional support as needed. This individual is responsible for identifying and executing Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives, optimizing efficiency, reducing waste and improving cycle times in Quality across all NA Internal Manufacturing site. This role may also be called to support NA Regional QEX initiatives. This will be a critical role in building technical CI capabilities as well as be a change agent responsible for leading the sites into data driven, team-oriented cultures that embrace CI, utilizing Process Excellence methodologies. They will provide and be fully accountable for specific metrics and favorable results on improvement projects and CIPs identified in the Kenvue Inc. initiatives Key Responsibilities • Provides technical support of Continuous Improvement tools and Kenvue programs • Lead complex problem-solving initiatives, train on problem solving tools and techniques • Maps site capabilities, identifies gaps, and delivers reliability improvements • Monitor lean design processes and metric results to analyze and ensure capabilities of achieving business goals • Recommend and implement process excellence projects utilizing Six Sigma and other process improvement programs. • Supports deployment of change management programs • Provides clear and accurate information for effective decision making, to maximize value & mitigate risks • Partner with and leverage the activities of individuals and teams to successfully develop and implement innovative solutions and continuous improvements with demonstrated and measurable business results • Establish effective communication channels to capture progress and results of improvement initiatives What we are looking for Required Qualifications • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required • Experience in use of Process Excellence tools (I.e. DMAIC, Six-Sigma, FMEA, SMED, DOE, fishbone, 5 Whys, Kaisen, etc) • A minimum of 6-8 years manufacturing experience with minimum of 5 years in a GMP regulated environment. • Experience and working knowledge of Project Management tools and leading cross -functional teams required • Strong communication (written and verbal), facilitation, decision making, collaboration and conflict management skills required • Ability to collaborate effectively with all levels of management and influence decision-making across the Kenvue organization • The ability to think analytically and strategically to understand complex or ambiguous problems or issues is required • Expert Knowledge of cGMP, USP, ICH requirements and current FDA issues • Develop relationships and influence others in a remote environment • Strong leadership and project management skills and abilities Desired Qualifications • Experience in a Quality Assurance role • Expert knowledge of cGMP, USP, ICH requirements and current FDA issues • Ability to effectively Lead quality issues and drive resolution What's in it for you • Competitive Total Rewards Package* • Paid Company Holidays, Paid Vacation, Volunteer Time & More! • Learning & Development Opportunities • Employee Resource Groups • This list could vary based on location/region *Note: Total Rewards at Kenvue include salary, bonus (if applicable) and benefits.
