Proficient with QuickBooks Online Will process Accounts Payable and make sure all bills are paid on a timely manner Able to keep accounting records of financial transactions for each location Reconcile and balance all accounts, financial reporting, royalty reporting, budgeting and forecasting Process Accounts Receivable - Collections Creation and organization of job files Verbal and written communication skills Work directly with management to record accurate data Must have a Bachelor's degree in accounting and at least 3 years of experience.
