Description Hiring now for a Quality Assurance Manager at Midwest Orthopedic Specialty Hospital in Franklin, WI. Quality Assurance (QA) Manager The Orthopedic Institute of WI | 3077 North Mayfair Road, Wauwatosa, WI 53226 As a result of company growth, the Orthopedic Institute of Wisconsin (OIW) is seeking a dynamic and experienced Quality Assurance (QA) Manager to join the team at our Wauwatosa and Franklin locations. The QA Manager will oversee the medical Call Center and Reception teams while regularly conducting quality audits on patient services, identifying opportunities, correcting errors, and provide training to agents. Competitive pay Generous PTO program Clinic schedule - no work on evenings/weekends Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance 401(k) with company match Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Employee discount program Responsibilities: Conduct quality assurance audits to ensure All demographic and insurance payer information is documented appropriately All benefits and authorizations are obtained and documented Compliance standards are in accordance with federal and agency regulations QA standards are met Review QA statistical data with Patient Access management and department lead Facilitate training based on AQ trends to increase proficiency with departmental standards and improve billing integrity Other duties as assigned Requirements: 3+ years of leadership experience is a must Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Must have 3-5 years' experience in healthcare Exhibit strong QA methodology skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong attention-to-detail and problem-solving capabilities to identify data element and compliance issues, prepare audit reports, and identify trends as well as work with staff Demonstrate proficiency of Microsoft software products and computer skills Aprima or other QA software experience is preferred Job Type: Full-time The Orthopedic Institute of Wisconsin is an Equal Opportunity Employer, drug free workplace, and complies with ADA regulations as applicable.
