Job Details Job Location KAGR - Foxborough, MA Position Type Full Time Education Level Bachelor's Job Shift Day Job Category Technical/Analytics Description SUMMARY: The Analyst is responsible for working with KAGR staff to deliver successful consulting projects to KAGR's clients in the professional and collegiate sports and live entertainment verticals. Using data analysis, system and business process improvement methodologies, and project management skills, the Analyst will help ensure that KAGR delivers impactful and actionable consulting services across a range of strategy and technology projects. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Primary and Secondary Data Analysis Gather, synthesize, and analyze diverse client data from a range of sources (quantitative and qualitative) to distill relevant findings into actionable strategic insights Provide robust support for findings, including backup analysis, written interview summaries, and memos summarizing secondary research Support creation of strategic hypotheses, and refine them over time as new data become available Conduct analysis for data- and technology-driven workstreams within larger strategic projects 2. Client Deliverables Support analysis of key client data processes and technology strategy Create client-ready documentation (e.g. PowerPoint slides, Excel models, etc.) to communicate deliverables in a clear and consumable manner for clients Develop new approaches to communicating complex concepts, including through data visualization 3. Client Relationships and Project Management Support client interviews to gather relevant information on a project-by-project basis Coordinate overall project management and analysis 4. Support additional strategic projects as business requires SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES This position has no supervisory responsibilities. SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS 1-2 years of experience in a Management Consulting, Technology, or Sports setting Bachelor's degree required Ideal candidates have record of delivering significant business projects (for internal or external clients) to a high level of quality Experience with technology assessments and implementations is a plus, but not required Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail is required Strong data analysis and presentation skills (particularly using Excel, PowerPoint, R, or other programs) is preferred Strong written and verbal communication skills, and excellent interpersonal skills Strong strategic analysis skills Must be team-oriented and coachable Must have attention to detail and focused concentration Must be able to learn new tasks and complete tasks independently Must be able to make timely decisions in the context of the workflow Must possess strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task and responsiveness PHYSICAL DEMANDS While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit and use hands to handle or feel.
