Cochlear is helping people hear, and be heard, all over the world. In this role, you will be based in in our warehouse location in Centennial, CO. Your success in this role is measured by effectively leading, directing and managing warehouse operations and personnel associated with shipping and order processing. You'll work collaboratively with global supply chain operations, vendors and local teams to ensure the best-in-class customer service and operational excellence. As a people manager, this role is responsible for receiving, inventory, order processing, safety, and team develo Key Responsibilities Demonstrate warehouse leadership and due diligence through active promotion of Health and Safety standards and procedures and ensure that people are suitably trained to perform roles effectively and safely. Work cross-functionally with the Customer Experience Operations team to elevate the experience of Cochlear's customers. Identify, lead and execute process improvement projects that are focused on improving the customer satisfaction of order fulfillment from shipping to receipt. Provide leadership and direction to the warehouse staff with an emphasis on teamwork, quality and engagement. Ensure inventory accuracy by visual inspection, counting, scanning, and other techniques as well as manage order processing from receiving through shipment to the recipient. Perform the duties of any role within the supply chain team when business demands require it. Key Requirements To add value to Cochlear in this role you'll be able to meet and demonstrate the following knowledge, skills and abilities in your application and at interview: Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Work Experience 5-7+ Years of Experience within distribution, logistics, hospitality or other related industries Experience in a distribution organization managing a diverse team across varying skill sets. Experience in developing and improving processes within an operations or supply chain business environment. Experience managing and implementing procedures and controls to meet OSHA, FDA, Import/Export Customs requirements Total Rewards In addition to the opportunity to develop your knowledge and grow professionally, we offer competitive wages and benefits. The Target Salary Range in the United States: $90,000 - $110,000 based upon experience, as well as an annual bonus opportunity of 15% of base salary.
