Calendar and Travel Management: Manage manager calendars. Schedule and coordinate logistics for meetings and special events. Coordinate domestic and international travel logistics, including commercial and corporate aircraft travel. Prepare detailed itineraries. Provide background information on meetings and trips. Track and coordinate officers' business travel requirements (i.e., passports, visas, immunizations, photos, etc.). Assist team members in tracing and gathering related expenses and compiling expense reports. Office Support/Coordination: Handle all Administrative Assistant responsibilities for assigned team. Ensure requests to managers are handled promptly. Ensure action items and deadlines are met for various corporate committee-related deliverables. Effectively represent the CREG LT to a broad array of contacts within the company and external organizations. Works well with high-level executives, assistants and executive assistants. Maintains effective networks throughout the organization and external organizations. Handle special projects as requested. Required Qualifications: Minimum of 3-5 years administrative experience. Must be able to handle all activities with a high level of confidentiality, initiative, and independence. Demonstrated ability to take initiative, prioritize and meet deadlines. Ability to multi-task, anticipate needs and requirements, and follow through. Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills. Ability to work cooperatively with all levels of management and peers and can readily adapt to the needs of diverse work groups while remaining calm under pressure. Ability to effectively communicate (written and verbal) at all levels of the organization to convey ideas. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are crucial. Must be proficient in various MS office applications. Must be flexible with work schedule at all times, due to the nature of relief assignments. Strong business acumen of corporate structure and corporate committees. Demonstrated strong current performance. Compensation: $15/hr to $18/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
