Garber Chevrolet Highland is currently in need of two top-performing Financial Service Managers to join our team of leaders. Best pay plan in the Chicagoland Area Medical and Dental 401K Plan Paid time off and vacation Growth opportunities Discounts on products and services Family owned and operated Long term job security Health and wellness Paid Training RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for helping our customers arrange the financing of their purchases and presenting them with additional products that enhance their vehicle and ownership experience Maintain a minimum of 2 product sales per deal Proficient at structuring deals for maximum profitability and collectability Possess knowledge of all local, state, and federal laws that govern automotive dealerships and lending institutions and ensure all deals are fully compliant Fully proficient with title laws and registration process Maintains proficiency and certifications as required for the position Accurately desks deals, submits deals to lenders for approval, makes credit decisions, and effectively closes deals Prepares paperwork, contracts and delivers deals Accurately audits team deals Post-Sale Ensures the expeditious funding of all contracts QUALIFICATIONS Must have 5 years of verifiable Finance Manager experience in a large volume dealership Knowledge of dealership finance and insurance procedures Must be a proven TOP PRODUCER Professional personal appearance & excellent communication skills. Excellent verbal/written communication, strong negotiation and presentation skills College degree or equivalent experience Must be able to provide documentation to prove past achievements and success Must be fully trained and AFIP certified (or equivalent certifications) Must be willing to submit to a background check & drug screen ABOUT US At Garber Chevrolet Highland , we strive to make every customer a customer for life.
