IT Support Technician Ongoing Contract Houston, TX Requirements: 5+ years of experience in a IT Support role Heavy emphasis on Service Desk experience as well as Onsite Support experience Excellent customer service and communication skills Talking customers through a series of actions to resolve a problem. Supporting 450+ users Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills. Providing timely and accurate customer feedback. Managing multiple cases at one time. Good written and verbal communication. Resolve technical issues in a timely manner using available resources Diagnosing and resolving network, software and hardware issues (remotely) Proficient in: OS: Windows 10 and Mac OS Software: Cisco AnyConnect VPN client, Microsoft Office 365 products, internet browsers Hardware: Dell PC, Apple, consumer routers and switches Domain Services: Active Directory and managing users, computers and security groups (creation of these objects)
