Employee Type: Full Time Req'd Experience: 5+ yearsIndustry: Industrial, Manufacturing Req'd Travel: LowDescription:The Aftermarket Logistics Manager will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aftermarket orders, ensuring timely and accurate processing. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication and coordination with internal departments to ensure on-time delivery and fulfillment of orders. Additionally, the coordinator will provide the management team with ongoing status updates and key performance indicators to ensure transparency and continuous improvement.Primary Responsibilities:•Manage after-market sales orders from processing to delivery.•Coordinate with internal departments such as sales, purchasing, and production to ensure timely fulfillment of orders.•Prepare and maintain accurate records of orders, shipments, and customer interactions.•Work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities for improving customer satisfaction and increasing sales.•Assist in developing and implementing processes to improve order management and fulfillment efficiency.•Other duties as assigned. Necessary Skills: •Advanced computer skills. Experience using ERP/SAP management systems and Microsoft office.•Knowledge of aftermarket sales processes and best practices. •Knowledge of basic accounting concepts.•Detail oriented and organized.Desired Proficiencies: •Work under minimal supervision, using good judgment in resolving routine problems.•Familiar with working in a manufacturing/shop floor environment.Physical Requirements:The physical demands and characteristics described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. •While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to talk, stoop, hear, use fingers to handle, feel or operate objects, tools, or controls, reach with hands and arms•Standing and walking for extended periods of time (estimated at 8-10 hours per day) •Ascending and descending stairs and/or ladders •The noise level in the work environment is moderate manufacturing noise.
