Job Title: Senior Finance Manager Salary: $140k-$160k + bonus + equity Location: 1 day (Wednesdays) a week on site in Irvine Industry: Distribution **PLEASE READ MUST HAVES Please also email your word document resume to and reference the subject as Senior Finance Manager Must Haves: 3-4 years out of iBanking, Management Consultant, or Transaction Advisory Services - as long as you have the modeling skills Great pedigree organization Preferred - corporate finance experience leading 3 way modeling, debt schedules, budgeting/forecasting Nice to Haves: MBA SaaS/Distribution experience Power BI and Tableau PE port co experience Overview: 200+ employees $130m/year revenue They have quickly become the best operator in their space and are disrupting the space Responsibilities: Strong analytical abilities with a talent for converting complex data into actionable insights. Work closely with departments like Operations, Sales, Revenue Operations, Procurement, and Marketing to ensure alignment and achieve financial goals. Evaluate financial and operational performance to spot trends, risks, and areas for potential improvement. Expertise in three-statement financial modeling, forecasting methods, and variance analysis. Collaborate with executive leadership to define financial objectives and establish key performance indicators (KPIs) that align with organizational goals. Mentor and guide a high-performing FP&A team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development. Demonstrated leadership experience in managing and developing a team of finance professionals. Create and sustain detailed financial models that support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning. Lead the annual budgeting process and ongoing forecasting efforts, ensuring timely and accurate results. Provide strategic analysis and recommendations to optimize resource allocation and enhance profitability. Implement and manage financial systems and tools to improve reporting efficiency and streamline processes. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly explain financial concepts to non-finance professionals. Assess potential business opportunities, mergers, and acquisitions through financial due diligence and scenario planning. Develop executive-level reports and presentations for board meetings, investor discussions, and strategic planning sessions. Strategic thinker with a proven ability to drive business success through financial analysis and decision-making support. Possible interaction with financial planning software tools (e.g., Planful).
