Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related degree required Certified Public Accountant and / or Master's degree is desired 5-10 years of current or recent experience in public accounting or other industry working as a Controller / CFO Experience within an advisory or consulting environment focusing on financial services Knowledge of accounting software packages and ability to adapt/learn to different accounting software technology Successful at fostering strong relations built on trust and credibility Adept at meeting challenging client requirements and deadlines Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Strong MS Office skills Detail focused and driven to achieve high standards Strong general business acumen Onsite at client 40-50% Herbein + Company, Inc. and its subsidiaries are equal opportunity employers.
