Job Description About AuthX AuthX is a global company that provides its clients with an Authentication-as-a-Service platform. We provide multi-factor authentication, single sign-on, identity & access, workforce security, remote access, and much more solutions. The AuthX platform brings together user-friendly identity and access management with security, privacy and control. As our Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the flow of our sales pipeline. You'll work closely with our experts in the Sales and Marketing department to ensure that AuthX products are being properly pitched. You will serve as a liaison between our direct sales team and potential customers, ensuring that sales activities are handled efficiently. Job Duties and Responsibilities Provide administrative support for our sales team including but not limited to scheduling, tracking results of all sales, follow-up calls to customers, and coordinating sales leads ensuring they turn into appointments. Responsible for responding to inquiries, contacting potential new clients based on networking and referral leads, and assisting the sales team with administrative tasks. Research and identify potential clients by territory and assign to company sales staff. Develop and maintain a tracking system to keep track of leads. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions. Schedule initial phone calls for sales staff. Coordinate sales meetings. Analyze market trends to optimize sales efforts and better identify potential customers. Track the quotas and goals of each member of the sales team. Answering client questions regarding sales products. Work with staff members from other departments such as marketing, sales, and finance to optimize sales. Develop and implement ideas that will help the organization to meet sales' goals. Requirements Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 2+ years' experience in sales related role Extremely organized with an aptitude in problem-solving Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent attention to detail Ability to meet deadlines and work independently in a dynamic environment.
