Experience Required for Your Success High School Diploma or GED 2+ years experience in customer service, call center environment Bilingual- Spanish required Prior insurance experience preferred Cigna experience a plus Ability to maintain detailed knowledge of all products and procedures Ability to handle high end customers in a professional manner Home internet with 25 mbps and up is required What Do You Think?
