TITLE: Regional Shuttle Driver Division: Transportation Reports to: Transportation Supervisor FLSA: Non- Exempt/Hourly COMPANY OVERVIEW Graves Foods, a 75-year-old wholesale foodservice distributor, proudly serves nursing homes, schools, restaurants, and other foodservice providers throughout the Midwest. We are currently seeking experienced CDL Drivers to join our team and deliver quality products while providing excellent customer service to our clients. We are looking for experienced CDL Drivers to shuttle tractor/trailers from Jefferson City to Kansas City, MO or Vinita, OK. POSITION OVERVIEW A CDL A Shuttle Driver is responsible for safely transporting goods or equipment between specified locations, typically within a local or regional area. Key duties include loading and unloading cargo, maintaining accurate delivery records, inspecting vehicles for safety, and adhering to traffic laws and company policie Driver Job Duties: • Drivers work Sunday- Thursday- Dipatched between 10pm-12a- 7 AM (Estimate). Drivers meet at Jefferson City warehouse and organize paperwork for the day. Drop and Hook to Vinita, OK or Kansas City, MO. • Pre-Trip Inspections are recorded, and drivers leave the warehouse facility around 9pm. • Drivers operate a company vehicle to transport products to multiple locations throughout the Midwest. • Drivers physically unload products from trucks at customers' places of business. • Drivers keep DOT and company required records throughout the day. • Post Trip Inspections and turn in Paperwork. • Clean Truck, fill with fuel and top-off all necessary fluids. REQUIREMENTS: Current/Valid Class A CDL Minimum 1 year of driving commercial vehicles Current/Valid CDL physical Compliance with DOT regulations to maintain an excellent DOT rating and ensure road safety Why Work for Graves Foods?
