Position Overview: We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant who is familiar with the Microsoft Suite and has a proven track record in administrative roles. The ideal candidate will be located within 30 minutes of our office and have a history of strong tenure in previous positions. Key Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. Manage phone calls, emails, and other communications in a professional manner. Coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements. Prepare and maintain reports, documents, and presentations using Microsoft Suite. Handle customer inquiries and provide information about our services. Perform data entry and maintain accurate records. Assist with other office tasks and projects as needed. Qualifications: Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role. Must have prior administrative experience listed on your resume. Strong familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
