Position Description : Serco supports the US Navy for the SEA 05 Cross Platform Engineering Contract maintaining their defense work on various ship classes. In support of the NAVSEA Mission, this specific role carries the responsibility for data collection, review and analysis, metric-based reporting to include organizational programs/projects. The Sr. Analyst for SEA 05 role requires one to evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of SEA 05 initiatives, programs, and operations. Analysis of SEA 05 personnel data and data systems, workload demand and workload forecasting (to include data modelling and quad chart analysis). Also, in conjunction with SEA 10, support the management of the DoD Civilian Acquisition Workforce Personnel Demonstration Project (AcqDemo) support for SEA 05. In this role, you will: Develop, draft, and maintain AcqDemo Policy. Develop and support Position Requirement Documents and NAVSEA Position Descriptions. Provide guidance to SEA 05 HR Personnel. Provide training to SEA 05 employees in AcqDemo Policies and Procedures. Have firm knowledge, plus hands-on experience with Compensation and Appraisal Systems (CCAS Spreadsheets and the CAS2Net System). Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will have: A Bachelors degree. A current or active DoD Secret security clearance. Eight or more years Government/Military Support experience. Knowledge of NAVSEA Workforce Requirements. The ability to travel at least 10% of the time.
