Hi, my name is Delaine Fowler and I hope you are okay with me providing some of my backstory. I'm a licensed physical therapist who owns 2 outpatient clinics in Salisbury and Concord, NC. I also own and operate Corporate Industrial Injury Prevention Programs for clients across the United States. I always wanted to be different. Not treat 3-4 patients in an hour. Worry too much about productivity, billed units, KPIs Focus more on numbers than my own team. This is how we were able to build such an amazing organization, quickly. As a PT we work with a lot of personal injury and worker's compensation cases. This is when I was introduced to Functional Capacity Evaluations and Work Hardening Programs. Basically, workers get injured... and we get them back to their full workload. But then I had an idea. "What if we can prevent work related injuries from happening... before they do?" You see, the health industry is pretty broken... People seek help AFTER they are sick or injured. This is why we created the Corporate Injury Prevention Specialist position. We now have Certified Athletic Trainers and Physical Therapist Assistants working directly with Corporate and Industrial Facilities to help employees with issues on the job site. Over the past 15 years we were able to develop relationships with multiple entities across the United States. We now have Accelerate employees working full time in over 21 states and counting. The entire Accelerate team comprises exceptional individuals, each with a stellar commitment to prioritizing patient care and enhancing the overall patient experience. And for that, we are blessed to have such a great team here at Accelerate. Dr Delaine Fowler, PT DPT LinkedIn: If you believe you possess the skills and qualities we're seeking, we encourage you to apply for this position through this platform and become a valued member of our team at Accelerate Therapy and Performance. Compensation: $32.00 per hour
