License: Not applicable Certifications: Not applicable Must-Have: - Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field.- Experience with managed care contract terminology (e.g., CPT codes).- Effective oral and written communication skills.- Ability to collaborate with team members.- Prior experience with EPIC software. Job Description: - Manage projects under the direction and guidance of the manager while supporting departmental initiatives and goals.- Reconcile Pre-Bundle data with payors.- Develop pricing for Bundles for payors.- Reconcile actual spend with payors after the post-bundle period ends.- Participate in the CDM synchronization for the network.- Assist with Charge Master development and analysis.- Prepare, monitor, and analyze trends/targets on a monthly basis.- Analyze, interpret, and model managed care contracts as assigned.- Assist other team members on projects as needed.- Ensure compliance with department initiatives and goals.- Perform other related duties as required.- Adhere to organizational competencies and standards of behavior.
