The Customer Awareness & Acquisition Manager plays a critical role in enabling the evolution and success of our B2B2C efforts in a dynamic, diverse and growing environment. In collaboration with the Digital Strategy team, he/she will lead the activation efforts to drive awareness and acquisition of the Petcare portfolio. He/she must be a highly collaborative, a strategic thinker, and willing to take a hands-on approach to execution. Responsibilities: Strategy: Works in collaboration with the digital strategy team to build omni-channel strategies aligned with business goals and customer expectations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize the holistic customer journey, from the veterinary health teams to the pet owner. Activation: Leads the activation across various touchpoints, including web, email, social, and app. Works cross-functionally across the B2B2C ecosystem to translate business needs to the design vision and prioritization. Digital campaign planning to improve customer engagement and drive new customer acquisition. Drive awareness of Zoetis Petcare and our brands, aligning to the strategic priorities as defined in collaboration by the digital strategy team and the therapeutic area teams. Channel Optimization: Drive site traffic, integrate with other internal workstreams, personalize and target, do progressive profiling, content strategy work, etc. Partner with therapeutic area teams agency partners, Corporate Communications, Legal, Regulatory, Market Research,and more to drive a Petcare Portfolio approach, meet our customer needs and achieve our business goals. Data Analysis and Insights: Utilize data analytics to gain insights into customer behavior and preferences across channels. Develop and implement data-driven KPIs to optimize the omni-channel experience. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. A minimum of 5 years experience, with a strong background in B2B2C activation preferably in animal health. Effective communication and collaboration abilities. Demonstrated planning and execution skills across multiple projects. Physical Position Requirements: The position requires cross-collaborative meetings at corporate headquarters, as well as travel for industry conferences and customer visits.
