Salesforce Project Manager

Job Title:Salesforce Project Manager Job Location: Montpelier, State of Vermont, USA (onsite) Develop project timelines and project plans. Establish and enforce project governance for communications, status reporting, decision-making, escalations, risk management, issue management, document repository, etc. Track and report team progress against timelines and plans. Define project scope and proactively manage changes in scope throughout the project Discuss/challenge/lead Salesforce project decisions Maximize Salesforce capabilities (Declarative) ahead of custom coding (Programmatic) Lead and confirm project milestones and goals are met with expected excellence Coordinate release management/deployment activities. Key Requirements Minimum of Bachelor's Degree. 5-7 years of experience leading Salesforce or similar CRM projects Hands on experience configuring Salesforce or similar CRM Product, including workflows, validation rules, and security controls Proven ability leveraging analytical and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment Strong presentation, communication (written and verbal) skills, and interpersonal skills Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Visio PMP or similar certification is a plus Salesforce Certification is a plus Diverse Lynx LLC is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
