Production Operator

Production Operator Job Description Summary This position assembles various products by utilizing hands and a variety of machines/tools. Essential Functions •Ability to run various machines in the operation, for example, but not limited to: winders, presses, AMP machine, soldering equipment, testing equipment, laser machines, injection mold machine, etc... •Ability to solder and use of a microscope. •Ability to hand assemble products, for example, but not limited to: creasing, folding, snipping, housings, taping, etc.. •Participate in Gemba Kaizan initiatives. •Ability to read and comprehend work instructions, routers, BOMs, etc.. •Responsible for 100% of inspection of own work. •Miscellaneous duties as required. Competencies •Excellent eyesight is a must. •Excellent eye/hand coordination. Manual dexterity a must. •Close attention to detail is a must as operations performed are intricate and tedious. •Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently. •Must be quality conscious. •Must be fine detail oriented.
