Job Type Full-time Description RETTEW, an employee-owned engineering consulting firm, seeks Civil/Site Engineers for our Land Development design team in Lancaster and Allentown, PA. As a Land Development Engineer 3, you will be responsible for performing and overseeing engineering design and permitting tasks for development projects in the industrial, commercial, and residential development markets. Responsibilities: -Performing engineering design such as stormwater and erosion and sediment control design, NPDES permitting, etc., for land development projects. -Overseeing the engineering work of junior engineers. - Coordinating engineering tasks with the project manager and project team for the overall land development project. -Provide training to junior engineering staff. -Perform quality control reviews. Requirements: -A Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Civil Engineering Technology -Minimum 5 years' experience in traditional land development project engineering and permitting, including stormwater management, NPDES, and erosion and sedimentation control. -A PE license in Pennsylvania, or ability to obtain through reciprocity. -Strong demonstrated technical, design, permitting and writing expertise. -Experience with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MS Office, stormwater programs (Hydraflow, and/or HydroCAD). - Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
